I’m Caley, hairstylist, salon owner, professional overthinker, and somehow 17 years into this career that I still genuinely love. I’ve spent nearly two decades behind the chair creating dimensional blondes, rich brunettes, lived-in color, and hair that feels expensive without feeling overdone. I love beautiful hair, obviously, but what I love even more is making people feel good when they sit in my chair. My approach has always been pretty simple: good hair, real relationships, and zero weird competition energy. I’m a huge believer in collaboration over competition. There is more than enough room for talented people to win, and I think this industry is at its best when we share, teach, support, hype each other up, and stop acting like someone else succeeding somehow takes something away from us. That belief is a huge part of why I opened Hutch Salon. I wanted to create a space that felt elevated but comfortable, cool but not intimidating, and full of people who actually enjoy working alongside each other. A place where clients feel at home and stylists feel supported. After 17 years, I still get excited about transformations, the perfect tone, a really good blowout, and that moment when a client looks in the mirror and you can tell they feel like themselves again. Hi, I’m Ellie 🤎 I’m a 20 year old Cave Creek based hairstylist with a lifelong love for all things hair! I’ve always had a deep passion for making people feel beautiful, confident, and like the best version of themselves. I love doing a little bit of everything behind the chair, but lived-in color, blondes, and anything that challenges my creativity will always have my heart. ✨ I’m always looking to learn, grow, and create something beautiful for every client who sits in my chair. I’ve lived in Cave Creek my whole life and absolutely love this town, so getting to build my career right here means so much to me. When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me spending time with my fiancé, my high school sweetheart, or enjoying time with the people I love most. So happy you’re here! 🤍
